Bluepoint Homepage
When you log into Bluepoint, the first screen that is presented to you is the homepage, and is also often referred to as the landing page
- Main menu - this is where you will see options to create appointments, adding new users and viewing the dashboard, amongst other areas of the system
- Check-in/Checkout (main building reception team only)
- Main Search page with filters for advanced searches
- Notifications - this is where you can view visitor and host events, appointment activity and file downloads
- Chat - a helpful tool to communicate with Bluepoint colleagues on the go, this is primarily for admins and operators
- Your Profile - you can change your password and amend your notification settings
- You can use the Quick Search box to look up a visitor, a host or an appointment ID
- Default searches - pre-defined searches
- Your searches - saved searches
- Common actions - links to frequently used pages
- Link to Bluepoint support team and KB articles
