Bluepoint Homepage

When you log into Bluepoint, the first screen that is presented to you is the homepage, and is also often referred to as the landing page

  1. Main menu - this is where you will see options to create appointments, adding new users and viewing the dashboard, amongst other areas of the system
  2. Check-in/Checkout (main building reception team only)
  3. Main Search page with filters for advanced searches
  4. Notifications - this is where you can view visitor and host events, appointment activity and file downloads
  5. Chat - a helpful tool to communicate with Bluepoint colleagues on the go, this is primarily for admins and operators
  6. Your Profile - you can change your password and amend your notification settings
  7. You can use the Quick Search box to look up a visitor, a host or an appointment ID
  8. Default searches - pre-defined searches
  9. Your searches - saved searches
  10. Common actions - links to frequently used pages
  11. Link to Bluepoint support team and KB articles
