Creating email invite templates

Your site has a default template that you need to personalise.
First you need to be an administrator or a main receptionist (administrator or main receptionist profile) of your company to perform this task
Go to the site menu - hamburger icon - and select Email templates
      1. Select the company template you wish to change
      2. Whilst being on the Invite tab, click on the Edit icon in the Actions column
First make sure you save it as a draft to avoid overriding the original default template
You can now open the newly saved draft template - click on the Edit icon in the Actions column - to make the necessary changes.
Once you've completed the changes, click on the Save button.
If you're satisfied with it,  you now need to activate it so that it becomes your email invite template that is systematically sent to your visitors when inviting them to site.

      3. Click on the Active button for your newly saved template

The template editor is relatively basic. Please submit a ticket with us should you wish to add more sophisticated items in it
