Deleting a company or reception entity

Deleting a company or reception entity

To delete a reception entity, open the main menu and select  Users and occupiers
Main Reception (or some sub reception entities) should already be there.
You must be a Site Administrator to be able to delete companies, tenants, occupiers or reception entities
  1. Click the line of the reception entity (or company entity) that you wish to delete, e.g. 3rd Floor Reception, the line will turn to blue
  2. Now click on the blue Edit button on the right hand-side of your screen
  3. A new screen pops up, click on the red Delete button right at the bottom. A confirmation message is presented to you, asking if you are sure that you want to delete the reception entity.

Had you deleted an entity inadvertently, you can restore it. Please go back to the main menu ( hamburger icon), click on Users and schema and in the bottom left hand side corner you have a Recycle bin icon. Click on it and then click on the blue Restore button for the entity you wish to reinstate e.g. 2nd Floor Reception in the example below
