Creating a new user registration link

Creating a new user registration link

This is to a quick and easy way for a new user to become a host in Bluepoint; and it is self-provisioning, i.e. performed by the user, to avoid any spelling mistakes
You will need to have site administrator permissions to create links for all your companies/occupiers of your site ; you will only need to be administrator at company level to create a link for your company
Please log in and via the hamburger menu icon go to Users & occupiers.
  1. Click on the + sign next to the company name where you want to create a registration link
  2. Select the entity/department (marked by the group icon) for which you want to create the link for
  3. Click on Registration link to the right
  4. Enter the Email Domains names, e.g. @me.com, corresponding to the email address extension of your users
  5. Select the number of days for which this link will be valid for. We recommend a high number (e.g. 15) to cope for users who might be on holiday when you send the link
  6. Click on the blue Create button

This generates a link that you can copy using the blue Copy to clipboard icon (to the right of the link). You can now choose the best way to send this link to your users; we recommend emailing the link to the relevant users as per the example at the bottom.
