Reporting on Lost Passes

Only operators, receptionists and administrators can access the reporting module
Click on the  hamburger  menu (top left corner) and s elect Reporting
For privacy matters, operators, receptionists and administrators of a company entity have only access to reports of the visitors (and appointments) of the company entity they are attached to. However operators, receptionists and administrators for the whole building have access to reports for all the appointments and visitors of the building
If you have followed the correct process when reporting a lost pass, as explained in the Reporting a lost pass article, select the blue Lost passes report button


Here you can select a date range, and the report will bring up the Lost Passes by Company, and underneath Lost Pass by Reason

















If you choose to report a  Lost pass via the check-in method, you will need to select the  Visitors report instead
