You must be an administrator for your building or company to do this
You have either an existing host that you want to turn to default host or
Add a host first. When creating the host, you may want to name it after a generic name for your entity e.g. 3rd Floor Reception for respectively First-name and Last-name.
Once you have the default host, o
pen the main menu and select
Users and occupiers:
- Click on the company entity, below 3rd Floor Reception Host, that has the host to be turned to default. Make sure you select a company entity (or host container), i.e. one with the
icon next to it
- This should have turned the company line to blue and on your right hand-side click on Edit
In the new screen, see below, scroll down to the
Default host field:
- In the Default host field, please enter the host name that you wish to set up as default, e.g. 3rd Floor Reception. Whilst typing this name, the system will present it to you
- Click on the blue Update button
