Standard Reports

Only operators, receptionists and administrators can access the reporting module
To have access to your reports, via the main menu (hamburger icon - top left corner) select Reporting under Administration.
 
For privacy matters, operators, receptionists and administrators of a company entity have only access to reports of the visitors (and appointments) of the company entity they are attached to. However operators, receptionists and administrators for the whole building have access to reports for all the appointments and visitors of the building

Visitors and Appointments report have many filtering capabilities, including per time periods, number of visitors checked in per company entities, planned versus unplanned etc..
Click on either of the reports that are presented to you and on the next page, please select the date range you'd like to view the data for. 


  1. Use the top right hand-side menu to print or download your report so that it can be imported to another reporting software for further analysis (e.g. Excel or Power-BI)



Click on Create your own reports in case you wish to have more specific reports
