Extending expired appointments
Only a receptionist or an operator can extend an expired appointment
Start by clicking on the Check-in button either via the top banner or main menu
- Type in the visitor name for which you would like to extend the appointment
- A red banner will show up underneath the host name for any expired appointment
- Click on the orange button with the clock and arrow for the expired appointment you wish to extend
A pop-up window will appear to let you extend the appointment.
Set the extension time and click on the blue Extend button to finish the task.
Due to your site set-up and for security reasons, extended expired appointments might not be authorised on your site. Please check with your main site administrator
