Adding visitors to existing appointments

Adding visitors to your existing appointments is straightforward.

Via your Calendar:
  1. Select and open the appointment
  2. In the recipient list add invite@bluepoint.uk.com
  3. By clicking send, you will be prompted with two options
  4. Make sure you select to all attendees.






  1. Go all the way to the add visitor page (3rd page, see below), add the new visitor name (or email address)
  2. Be the visitor already known, it will pop up underneath, just click on it ; otherwise click on Add new visitor next to it
  3. The visitor will then appear in the list and don't forget to tick the Invite box to send the email invite with QR code
  4. Click Finish
