Adding existing appointments to Bluepoint
You might have appointments created before Bluepoint was in use. In order to have them registered with your Reception Team as well as send your visitors email invites with QR codes, you should add them now to Bluepoint:
If you don't mind existing recipients receiving an update:
- Open the original appointment
- Add invite@bluepoint.uk.com to the recipient list
- When prompted, ensure you send the update to all attendees
If you don't want existing recipients to receive an update:
- Open the meeting
- Locate the Forward option under Meeting tab > Actions
- Click the down arrow to select Forward as iCalendar
- Enter invite@bluepoint.uk.com as the recipient and send
