Reviewing Deliveries

Reviewing Deliveries

As advised in the article, How to Create a Delivery, you can set up delivery notifications for members of staff on your site or company
As a user, you can search, view and edit your deliveries.
In Bluepoint, click on the Search button (blue top banner)
Select the Deliveries tab. By default, it will present today's page with your deliveries for that day.  Should you wish to search for another date, click on the orange Filters button and adapt your search
Common Delivery Status Indicators:
 - delivery created
 - package(s) have been delivered
 - no show
  1. From this view, you can see a quick glance of what packages have already been delivered, and which ones to expect, along with the status and action for each entry
  2. Click on the blue button to View the Delivery.  From here, you can Edit, Delete, and Copy as required
  3. Click on the green button to Set Arrived from the View dashboard. You can also set this, when you view the delivery.

Once you have set the Delivery as Arrived, it will send an notification email to the recipient
      4. If the delivery does not arrive, you can set it as a No show on the dashboard. You can also set this, when you view the delivery.
Depending on your site configuration, the overnight process will also set it as a No show if the delivery does not arrive, and an email will be sent to the recipient
