As a company entity, you can raise a delivery expectation note to inform the reception or site team, (or an individual colleague) to expect a parcel(s) at a specific time of day
Click on the
hamburger menu (top left corner) and select
Deliveries
If the Deliveries module is not visible for you, please contact your Site Administrator
You will be presented with the following screen:
1.
Recipient
- start by adding the
recipient's
name. If they have a profile within Bluepoint, the name will appear as a suggestion underneath to select
2.
Description of Goods - this will help the relevant team identify what delivery they are to expect
3.
Special instructions - enter any special requirements if applicable
4.
Packages - specify how many packages that the team will expect (if known). You can use the up and down arrows to increase/decrease the amount (visible once you click inside the field)
5.
Company
- you can add the details of the company who will be delivering the package(s). If the company name is already in the system, the name will appear as a suggestion underneath to select. If the company isn't listed, type the name and click on the +Create button to add it to the list for future deliveries.

Times;
Expected
- this is where you stipulate the delivery day and time of the delivery. The relevant team(s) can ensure that there is adequate loading bays/space ready for the delivery. Click on the calendar icon
to select the relevant date. A slot selection screen will then appear, where you can select a time or timeframe (by selecting each line as required).
To deselect a time, select the relevant time slot again. Press the Confirm button to save your time slot. You can click on the clock
icon if you need to edit the time.

Recurrence

- select the
Recurrence
tab, similar to appointments, you can set how often the delivery is likely to take place.
10.
Vehicle size
- identifies the vehicle being used and helps the team to understand how much space is actually required. Select the type of vehicle by clicking on the drop down menu and choose from the list
11.
Registration - you can also add the vehicle registration (if known)
12. Once you have entered all of your delivery details, click on the blue
Create button on the bottom right
