Adding a reception entity

Adding a reception entity

Only operators, receptionists or administrators of the building can add reception or company entities
Typically you will add a new reception entity in view of adding a new company to your building. It can also be a way to add a local reception, e.g. 2nd floor reception, where you will have multiple companies underneath
To add  a reception entity, open up the main menu and select Users and occupiers
A Main Reception (or some sub reception entities) should already be there.
  1. Drag your mouse over the line of the reception entity where you wish to add a new reception entity
  2. Click on the Add button
  3. A drop-down menu pops up and click on Add Reception Entity
A reception entity is marked with this sign whilst a company with that   one

A new screen opens, please fill in the following fields:
  1. Enter a name for this reception, e.g. 3rd Floor Reception or use the same name as the company name
  2. Start entering a company name, e.g. Primar..., and if in the database the name will pop up, if not click on Create next to it
  3. Tick the Create Host Container box since every reception needs a host
  4. To complete the task click on the blue Create button at the end of the page
This in effect creates the first entity of this local reception and any other entity can be added in later on as described in the Adding company entity article
