Adding a company entity

Only operators, receptionists or administrators of the building can add company entities. Should you need to add a brand new Company Entity, i.e. one that doesn't exist already, you need to first add a Reception Entity. Please refer to this article Adding a reception entity
Typically you will add to an existing Company Entity if the company had acquired a new branch with new users and they wish to keep this branch separated from the rest. This can be a decision for a reporting point of view so that visitors are reported separately
A company entity is marked with this   sign whilst a reception with that  one
To add a company entity, open the main menu and select  Users and occupiers
  1. Drag your mouse over the add button of the reception entity line where you wish to create a new company entity 
  2. Click on the Add button.
  3. A drop-down menu pops up and click on Add Company Entity

Follow the steps as indicated in the new screen until completion.
