Changing dates and times of appointments
A host can easily extend the time, and modify the date and time of their appointments.
Extending your appointments is done either via your calendar or Bluepoint:
- From your Calendar, just modify your appointment times (and dates if necessary) as you normally would and make sure you click "send"
Whilst email invitations are not sent again, QR codes are automatically updated to reflect the extension, hence prompting the Receptionist Team at the time of check-in of the correct appointment duration
- In Bluepoint, Search for the appointment then click on the View Appointment icon in the Actions column
- On the first page, change the end date of the appointment (and if necessary the start date)
- Click Next until you reach the end page and press Finish
The extension of an appointment can be done even when the appointment has started. To do it when your appointment has expired, click on
