Cancelling and deleting appointments
In Bluepoint, cancelling an appointment can result in two different outcomes.
- If the cancellation is done on an appointment where no invitations were sent to visitors, the appointment is then fully Deleted from Bluepoint
- However if the cancellation is done whilst invitations had been sent, the appointment can only be marked as Cancelled and will still be available for reporting
As for access control QR codes, they are all deleted
Cancelling your appointments is done either via your calendar or Bluepoint:
- From your Calendar, just cancel your appointment (or delete it) as you normally would and make sure you send the cancellations to all attendees
- In Bluepoint, open the appointment and click either the orange Cancel button or the red Delete button, whichever is presented
- Only the appointment creator can cancel the appointment
- An appointment created an hour prior to the appointment can only be cancelled
