Deactivate the sending of visitors invites

One should see the visitor invite as a boarding-pass to the building for the time and duration of the appointment. A visitor invite contains a QR code as well as all the information necessary for the visit, including a map. It is recommended to keep this option on as it enhances the visitor's experience, helping to reach the site successfully and speeding up the check-in on arrival
You must be an administrator to perform the below steps
Some companies (or company departments), however, may decide that they do not want to send visitors invites ; this option can be switched off so that when any host of the company sends a calendar invite to one or many visitors, using his/her calendar software (e.g. Microsoft Outlook), then no visitors invites are being sent.
Click on the hamburger icon and click on Users and occupiers:
  1. Click on the + sign next to  the company on which you want to modify this option (e.g. below is JH Company to turn it to a - sign
    1. It will open up and show all the departments (marked by a people icon) defined for this company and select the one on which you want to make the modifications (e.g. Accounting)
    2. then on the right hand side click on Options
    3. and Edit 


      2. Scroll down and make sure you uncheck (if checked), the Use default options box as per below:



      3. Scroll down until you reach the Send visitor invites field, click on the drop-down menu and select the Never option. Then Scroll back up to click on the blue Update button
