Registering for a Bluepoint account

Registering for a Bluepoint account

Adding hosts can be done manually by administrators for each company in Bluepoint or users can self-register through a registration link
On reception of a Bluepoint registration link, you will be able to create your account in Bluepoint to become a host. This will enable you to invite your visitors via your calendar (ref to: Creating appointments via calendar) whilst connecting with your reception team and providing each and everyone of your visitors with a boarding pass containing all the details for their visit, including QR code and map.
  1. Click on the link that has been sent to you to register with Bluepoint
  2. On the new page, add your email address - make sure it is the same domain name as the one that appears on the page, and then click on the Submit button
  3. This will generate a 6-digit code sent to your email, (check that it is not in your junk email folder) with a link to complete your registration
  4. You can either click on the link within the email, or enter the 6-digit code
  5. You will then be presented with a page to enter your first name, last name and to create your password
  6. Finally, click on the blue Create your account button at the bottom
Your account has now been created; please go to  https://go.bluepoint.uk.com/ to log in to your Bluepoint account.
See below examples of the screens you will proceed through during these stages.
