Unable to log in

If someone you know is experiencing difficulties with logging in to Bluepoint please make sure you check the below steps:
  1. Check that the email address of this person uses to log in is registered in Bluepoint. For that click on the Search button, select the Staff work-tab and enter first-name and last-name. If the person is registered, a line with the name is displayed. Click on the name ; it opens up a box and you can verify that the email address is correct. If incorrect, click on the pen Edit icon (top right corner) to correct
  2. If the person isn't registered follow instructions here on how to register
  3. When the person is trying to log in, check that Google Chrome, as a web browser, is the one used
  4. Make sure the cache of the browser is cleared
  5. If the person has forgotten his/her password, please click the "Forgot Password?" button on the log in page
 If you are still not able to log in or an error message pops in, please raise a support ticket.
