Creating visitor forms

Creating visitor forms

As an Occupier, you may want to send a form with your visitor invite to request information from your visitor before their visit
Administrators, Building Operators and Tenant Operators can create the form that is added to the visitor invite
First click on the hamburger menu (top left corner) and select Forms:
1. Click on the Create Form button. Shall you wish to modify an existing form please click on the blue edit symbol () along the form you wish to change



You can either: 
2. Click on the Start With Empty Form button, 
3. Or the Use Template should you wish to start from an existing form
You will now have to follow the steps for creating your form by adding questions e.g. check boxes. 



Once your form has been created please refer to the Sending visitor forms article to add forms to your visitor invites.
