Sending visitor forms

Sending visitor forms

As an Occupier, you may want to send a form with your visitor invite to request information from your visitor before their visit
Administrators, Building Operators and Tenant Operators can create the form that is added to the visitor invite. Please refer to the Creating visitor forms article

First click on the hamburger menu (top left corner) and select Forms:
1. If the form is already there, click on the green chain symbol () for copying the link of the form you've chosen. Shall you wish to modify an existing form please click on the blue edit symbol ()
2. If you don't have the form you want, please Create a form and once done select it as per step 1 above

Via the hamburger menu, now select Email templates and choose the Occupier for which you want to add a form to. Now open up the invite template by clicking on the Edit icon () in the Actions column
1. Inside the invite, decide where you want to position the link for the form, type something like "Please Fill Out The Form",
2. Then highlight this very same text via your mouse and select the insert/edit link symbol (),
3. Position your mouse in the URL field, then right click on your mouse and select Paste. This has just copied the link of the form in your invite template
4. Press the OK button to insert the link
5. Make sure you Save your email template by clicking on the blue Save button

Your form has now been inserted in the Email Invite and will be sent once your hosts create their appointments.
