Reviewing visitor forms

As explained in this article, Sending a form, your company can decide to send a form for your visitors to fill in prior to reaching the site
As a host, you can track whether your forthcoming visitors have replied to your form or not. 

In BluePoint, click on your Search button (top blue banner):
1. By default it will present today's page with your today's visitors. Should you wish to search for another date, please click on the orange Filters button and adapt your search
2. Your visitors are listed up line by line. At the end of the line, underneath the Forms status column, please click on the red form symbol ()



This will display the next page below where you can click on:
1. The i symbol to view the submission 
2. And finally click on the green tick symbol to approve it


This has completed the process of checking the form for your visitor.
