How to add visitors to the Watch list

This function allows you to ban visitors from visiting your building if they have behaved in an unacceptable manner.  This will alert the reception team if they visit your site in the future
To get started, click on the hamburger menu on the top left-hand corner and select Watch list
1. Click on +Add visitors

2. Add the Name, Email and Company
3. Click on the red box to add a Reason for banning the user from the building
4. Once you're completed the relevant fields, click on the Submit button
The Name and Reason are the only mandatory fields, but the more details you have will help your reception team identify the right visitor
There also a couple of buttons should you need to remove the visitor(s) from the list - the Remove All and the  icon.
When the visitor enters the building to check-in with the reception team, their name will pop with an alert as shown below:

You can also add a visitor from their profile to the Watch list, from the Visitor tab, edit the profile and click on the Add to Watch list button

To remove a profile from the list, go back into the Watch list page and click on the Whitelist button to the far right of the profile name.
