Reviewing Assets

Reviewing Assets

Once you have created an Asset (which was explained in the Creating an Asset article), you will be able to Edit, Delete and Loan out your assets.
Click on the Search button (blue top banner)
Select the Assets tab. By default, it will display all of the assets that have been created, regardless of status.  Should you wish to narrow down your search, click on the orange Filters button and amend your search criteria.
Common Asset Status Indicators:
 - Loaned
 - Returned
 - Missing
 - Stored

1. From this view, you can see a quick glance of what assets have been loaned, returned, missing or stored
2. Click on the blue button to View the Asset.  On this screen, depending on the activity of your asset, you can either LoanReturn and Extend an asset. You can also Request an item to be returned, mark as Missing/FoundEdit and Decommission
3. Click on the orange button to View the active loan session.  Here you will see an activity log, which details the status of the active loan
4. Within this section, you can click on the blue View asset button (top right hand corner), which will display a breakdown of each session for this specific asset, alongside an activity log.

5. Clicking on the Activity tab will display the details of when the asset was requested, loaned and stored etc, along with the date/time stamps.
6. You can also click on the blue View session link tab, to take you back to the Active loan session
