Creating your own reports
Click on Standard reports to access your in-built reports
To create your own reports, you need to use the Search engine to display the information you wish to report on and export.
Once listed, as per image below, make sure you tick the tick-box next to each field you wish to select (or go for the blue Select All button). Then press the Download results cloud icon on the top right hand-side.
Use the Filters button to refine your search and repeat this operation
The system will prompt you that your download result is stored under the bell icon as per the screen below. Please click there to access your downloads.
The information is downloaded as a csv file that can be imported into an Excel sheet or PowerBI and many other reporting tools
